Below is an example of an ADHD coaching session and the outcome:

We had a client seeking support and guidance in managing their ADHD symptoms and improving their productivity.

The Problem

The client struggled with ADHD symptoms. She felt overwhelmed and unproductive. She couldn’t stay focussed on tasks and often got distracted by small things or jumping from one task to another without completing anything. It was affecting her work and personal life.

The Strategies

We helped the client to identify some strategies to improve focus:

  • using to-do lists
  • using productivity apps
  • breaking things down into smaller, manageable steps
  • having a designated workspace free from distractions
  • setting specific time blocks for work
  • incorporating regular breaks

The Outcome

The client went away and tried some of these new techniques. After testing them out, she chose to use a new productivity app and blocked time in her schedule. This worked so well for her that her focus and productivity increased with her getting on top of her workload for the first time in weeks.
